Team Building for

Team building with Industrial Arts Mentorship for All (IAMA)
IAMA offers a dynamic and collaborative experience at our
industrial metal shop in North Minneapolis. Whether its heating steel in our 2000 degree furnace and hammering over an anvil, cutting through steel with our Oxygen/ Acetylene torches or stamping and forming copper trinkets, participants will participate in a unique experience with their work team filled with exciting turns along the way.
Participants experience connection with fire and each other as they spend a half day or full day at the IAMA studio. Teams are invited to explore the intersections between using fire as a tool, building confidence in oneself and trust with each other and how this might impact and strengthen collaborative spirit within team dynamics.
USA Women's Baseball National Team:
"We had the opportunity to participate in an IAMA experience as a coaching staff leading up to the Women’s Baseball World Cup. I believe true team building requires vulnerability and openness, and when you do new stuff together those things happen naturally. The experience we shared at IAMA brought us even closer as a staff. It was so much fun and we all took such pride in making something with our own hands."
– Malaika Underwood, Assistant Coach
